A global leader in high-performance plastic stretch film manufacturing is seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Shift Supervisor for a new state-of-the-art facility in Brownsburg, Indiana. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a facility launch, shape daily operations from the ground up, and grow with a well-established international organization investing heavily in U.S. expansion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Shift Supervisor position include:
- 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in plastics, extrusion, or converting operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Lead and supervise production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Train and support team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Comfortable working a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule beginning January (12-hour days/nights)
- Basic computer skills and experience using production or ERP systems
Salary: $35 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
