We are seeking a Production Manager in Jeffersonville, IN, to oversee a critical part of operations that ensures the highest-quality wood veneer products are delivered to clients across the country. If you're hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to lead a team that values quality craftsmanship, this is the role for you!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager position include:
- Must have prior experience in the wood veneer or woodworking manufacturing industry
- Direct, lead, and manage a team of 15 production employees in a hands-on shop environment
- Willing and able to jump in on machinery if needed — this is not a desk job!
- Monitor inventory, machinery, and production workflow to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with inside sales and other departments to meet customer needs
- Experience with Excel for scheduling and QuickBooks is preferred
- Forklift certification is helpful; no formal education or licensure required
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
