Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Assistant - Interior Design position include:
- Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; rendering software experience is a plus
- Assist with CAD/Revit drawings, FF&E schedules, and material documentation
- Source materials and coordinate with vendors for samples and specifications
- Help track project timelines, assist with presentation preparation, and maintain organized project files
- Support designers with permit and construction document packages
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, and contractors to support smooth project execution
- Manage studio tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining digital files, and preparing meeting documents
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 50% employee-only medical coverage after a 90-day probationary period, 3 weeks of paid time off accrued after 90 days, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% company match after one year, and eligibility for company profit-sharing opportunities.
