Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Assistant (Interior Design) position include:
- Experience or exposure to multi-family, commercial, office, medical, or retail projects; assist with design production and documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; support drawing creation and revisions
- Ability to produce plans, elevations, sections, and assist with FF&E and finish schedules
- Strong organizational skills; maintain project files, material libraries, and documentation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with sourcing materials, vendor coordination, and product research
- Support project coordination including timelines, deliverables, and client presentations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; collaborate with designers, consultants, and contractors
Salary: $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 50% employee-only medical coverage after 90 days, 3 weeks of paid time off accrued after 90 days, 401(k) with a 4% company match after one year, profit sharing opportunities, and dental and vision insurance.
