Qualifications and responsibilities for this Product Development & Manufacturing Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Design, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred; other engineering disciplines considered with experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing or process-related roles
- Proficiency in 3D CAD or CAM (SolidWorks), Microsoft Office Suite; ERP/MRP systems knowledge is a plus
- Lead new product development from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and launch
- Design and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Support lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone
- Collaborate cross-functionally and create documentation (BOMs, specs, work instructions) to ensure scalable production
- Evaluate and implement new tools, equipment, and technologies while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
