We are actively seeking a Procurement Engineer for our growing team in Bonita Springs, FL, to help bring complex mechanical components from design to delivery. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Procurement Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Quality Engineering (required) with 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing or product development
  • Strong understanding of machining, welding, casting, and fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and electrical engineering drawings (PDF format)
  • Responsible for identifying and managing vendors, issuing RFAs, reviewing quotes, and overseeing the procurement process
  • Oversee and perform quality control on incoming fabricated parts, ranging from simple to highly complex builds
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, including writing and reviewing documentation
  • Must be assertive and persistent to drive timely vendor performance and ensure rapid turnaround
  • Hands-on experience with building mechanical systems or heavy components (e.g., steel assemblies, molten metal cast parts)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
