Qualifications and responsibilities for this Part-Time Licensed PE Engineer position include:
- Must hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with structural residential renovations and additions preferred
- Review and stamp structural plans for code compliance and structural integrity
- Collaborate with design team on structural elements and provide expert consultation
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania building codes and structural design standards
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule
- Proficiency in reviewing physical drawings (AutoCAD familiarity is a plus)
- Occasional in-office visits (once weekly) required for team collaboration
Salary: $50 - $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
