We’re seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent in Paramus, NJ, to oversee multimillion-dollar projects ranging from $20M to $75M. With a supportive team, projects all within one hour of the office, and a company vehicle provided, this opportunity offers stability, career growth, and the chance to build landmark developments in the region.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Construction Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years specializing in multifamily projects
- Proven track record managing complex projects of at least $10M or more
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and enforcing safety standards
- Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure quality control, troubleshoot on-site issues, and keep projects on time and within budget
- Manage timelines, resources, and materials to avoid delays or overruns
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to leadership teams
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
