We are seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager in Paramus, NJ, to lead projects ranging from $20M to $75M. With a balanced 50/50 split between office and on-site work, a company vehicle provided, and projects all within one hour, this role offers the perfect mix of leadership, project ownership, and career advancement within a close-knit team environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 10 years of multifamily construction experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects of at least $10M or more with strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent
- Lead and manage multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to meet milestones and deadlines
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, procurement, and financial controls
- Conduct project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve on-site or contractual issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and upper management
Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
