Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mold Design Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with metallurgy, fabrication, and machining is a plus
- Subject Matter Expert in mold design with potential to manage the department
- Responsible for both design and hands-on execution in mold development
- Support multiple departments with in-house mold shop responsibilities
- Manage tooling design and modifications based on customer requests
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM (AutoCAD) and basic CMM skills
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
