Qualifications and responsibilities for this Millwork Estimator position include:
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, drafting, or a related field (millwork-specific experience preferred but not required—training provided!)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Proficiency in Bluebeam (required), and familiarity with Project Pak and Plan Swift preferred
- Conduct accurate take-offs and quantify millwork items including cabinetry, panels, desks, and countertops
- Develop pricing proposals using company labor/material standards and markup formulas
- Communicate with subcontractors for pricing and clarify scopes of work
- Collaborate with senior staff and departments to validate pricing and materials
- Demonstrate strong organization, analytical skills, and effective time management in a team setting
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
