We are seeking a Mechanical HVAC Drafter or Designer to join our team in Brooklyn, New York! Qualifications for this Mechanical HVAC Drafter or Designer opportunity include:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential HVAC design in NYC
- Must be familiar with NYC Building Codes and Energy Conservation Codes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is required, Revit and Bluebeam are a plus
- Familiarity with electrical plans is preferred
- DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) site and cross-connection experience is preferred
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
