In this Mechanical Engineer opportunity in the Neenah, WI area, you’ll work on drying, curing, and cleaning equipment from concept through completion in a hands-on, R&D-focused environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical engineering design experience.
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for drying, curing, and cleaning equipment used in printing and converting applications.
- Create detailed CAD models and drawings and perform engineering calculations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and cost-effective.
- Translate customer requirements into robust product designs while supporting prototype builds and testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing product lines.
- Review designs for compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Provide technical support during installation and after-sales service as needed.
Salary: $70,000–$90,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with 3% match; employer covers approximately 77%–90% of health premiums depending on coverage tier. 84 hours of PTO that will increase on a accrual basis.
