With all production done in-house—from engineering through finishing—you’ll be a key player in a tightly coordinated and dynamic manufacturing environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Supervisor position include:
- Prior welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
- Supervise and lead a team of welders and fabricators on first shift (4:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Experience welding new components and assemblies from scratch
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Coordinate workflow and labor allocation across fabrication operations
- Work closely with engineering, paint, and finishing teams to maintain smooth production flow
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while supporting welding/fabrication best practices
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health and vision insurance with 85% of the premium covered (for individual or family), 12 paid holidays, 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year (negotiable), annual discretionary bonuses, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match on contributions up to 6%.
