Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Manager position include:
- 3+ years of experience in project-based work site, manufacturing management or related field
- Ability to manage day-to-day manufacturing and site operations including staff scheduling, production, and documentation
- Oversee quality control, supply chain management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and floor-level staff, managing team tasks, and ensuring workflow efficiency
- Strong technical skills including reading technical drawings and using hand tools; familiarity with gas/liquid handling systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard industry/office software
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience (with a 20% increase to $75,000 - $85,000 at 5 days/week).
