Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Production Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma certificate or similar process credential a plus
- Minimum 5–10 years in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Manage, discipline, direct, coordinate, and evaluate production personnel to meet company objectives
- Oversee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and quality control standards
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP, Microsoft Office, and UKG payroll systems
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control production activities while reducing operating costs and improving efficiency
- Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards, including passing metal detection inspections
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations on hiring, firing, budgeting, and equipment purchasing
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
