Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer (Automation) position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, with a minimum of 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering.
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet aerospace and military standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test failures.
- Design and develop tooling and fixtures; oversee automated manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align manufacturing strategies with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and train operators on automated systems and best practices.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to project requirements.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
