We are hiring a Lead HVAC Installer in Tampa, FL, to join a team focused on quality, integrity, and customer-first service. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Installer position include:
- Minimum 2 years of recent residential HVAC installation experience; EPA certification and valid driver's license required
- Lead installation of split HVAC systems alongside at least one helper
- Responsible for refrigerant recovery, line flushing, and safe removal of old equipment
- Install systems per manufacturer specs and company installation standards
- Ensure proper thermostat wiring, refrigerant charging, and full system testing for both heating and cooling
- Maintain communication with customers, teammates, and office staff throughout the job
- Perform site clean-up, walk clients through system operations, and upload required documentation and photos
- Must supply hand tools, gauges, and a torch kit (vacuum pump and recovery machine provided if needed)
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
