Take ownership of revenue-driving projects as a Lead Construction Sales Estimator – Tile & Stone in Southwest Florida, serving the thriving Lee and Collier County luxury markets. This 32-year established specialty contractor focuses exclusively on high-end tile installations for luxury residential estates and commercial developments—ranging from $250K to $1M+ projects—with a strong reputation among developers and general contractors. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Construction Sales Estimator – Tile & Stone position include:
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience (tile and stone strongly preferred) – prepare detailed material and labor takeoffs for commercial and high-end residential projects
- Proven experience working directly with general contractors – lead preconstruction discussions and serve as primary proposal contact
- Strong scope development and pricing expertise – identify scope gaps and protect project margins
- Client-facing communication skills – conduct bid reviews, proposal follow-ups, and relationship-based B2B sales conversations
- Ability to qualify opportunities – help determine which projects align with revenue and margin targets
- Field collaboration – work closely with installation teams to ensure estimates are executable
- Computer literacy and adaptability – contribute to implementation of digital estimating systems
- Valid driver’s license – visit jobsites and GC offices throughout Lee and Collier Counties (local travel only)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
