Lead Commercial HVAC Tech position in Warminster, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known, reputable family-owned HVAC company with 16 years in business and immediate hiring needs. This non-union company offers a respected, close-knit work environment, strong pay, a company vehicle, and the chance to take the lead on commercial supermarket and grocery store HVAC service work across the region.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Commercial HVAC Tech position include:
- 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, with 5 years in a dispatched service role strongly preferred.
- EPA 608 certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
- HVAC certificate from a licensed trade school or military equivalent preferred.
- Commercial supermarket or grocery store HVAC experience is strongly relevant.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including package units and ductless splits.
- Perform mostly service and maintenance work with occasional installation of replacement equipment.
- Work independently with minimal guidance while delivering excellent system diagnostics and customer service.
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks and travel daily within a radius of up to 100 miles across PA, NJ, and MD.
Salary: $30 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
