Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Design Leader position include:
- 5–10 years of experience in landscape architecture, architectural design, or a related field with strong conceptual and technical abilities
- Deep understanding of residential construction with an emphasis on buildability and design feasibility
- Proficient in SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD with the ability to sketch and direct early-stage conceptual designs
- Lead and inspire a team of design leads and designers to ensure high performance, momentum, and design quality
- Review design briefs, produce initial sketches, and strategically assign projects to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accountability across the design team for meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align design direction with business goals
- Drive innovation by developing new concepts that push the boundaries of residential outdoor living spaces
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Monthly bonuses range from $1,500 to $3,000 based on performance.
