Qualifications and responsibilities for this Journeyman Electrician position include:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license is required
- Minimum 4+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and code compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components
- Perform underground installations including excavation, conduit, rebar, and concrete work
- Test and inspect systems for functionality and regulatory compliance
- Mentor apprentices and collaborate with project managers and tradespeople
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a company vehicle, 70% employer-paid health insurance starting day one, dental and vision coverage, HSA with $1,000 employer, 401(k) with up to 5% matching, 15 PTO days annually, and two-yearly bonuses (mid-year and Christmas). The company also closes from December 24th through January 2nd.
