Qualifications and responsibilities for this Journeyman Boiler Technician position include:
- Journeyman HVAC license required; NATE certification is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both residential and commercial boiler systems
- Maintain and repair boilers with a focus on safety and code compliance
- Perform inspections, diagnose issues, and ensure system efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Must have clean driving record and pass background/drug check
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar boiler management system is a plus (willing to train)
- Physically capable of handling demanding tasks in various environments
Salary: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years), paid training, quarterly profit sharing, commissions/spiffs, $500 signing bonus after 60 days, $100 on-call bonus, tool account bonuses, referral program, and a company truck and tools provided.
