Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain position include:
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural office setting, with a focus on single-family and/or multifamily residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit is required, with strong skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
- Coordinate projects with minimal supervision, including producing accurate and complete sets of construction documents
- Apply detailed knowledge of building codes and constructability issues to technical work
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal team members, while maintaining accurate project documentation
- Adhere to office standards, schedules, and budgets, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables
- Work independently at least 60% of the time, while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment
- Uphold the firm’s core values: client service, teamwork, integrity, excellence, and innovation
Salary: $39 - $44 per hour, commensurate with experience.
