Qualifications and responsibilities for this Insulation Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial insulation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Supervise and actively participate in insulation installation/removal on piping, ducts, boilers, and turbines
- Proficient in insulation materials like fiberglass, mineral wool, Armaflex, and custom blankets
- Lead crews of 4–20 on-site while ensuring top safety and quality standards
- Interpret drawings/specs to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Conduct job walkdowns, provide input on proposals, and represent the company to clients
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time with per diem provided
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 an hour plus significant overtime and travel compensation, commensurate with experience.
