This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established, family-owned industrial equipment distributor as an Industrial Maintenance / Service Technician servicing customers primarily within two hours of the Pittsburgh area. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Maintenance / Service Technician position include:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience, including three-phase power and electrical diagrams
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience servicing sheet metal fabrication equipment such as band saws and roll formers
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and basic PLC concepts
- Perform start-up, installation, and training for end users on new equipment
- Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting support, including collaboration with factory technicians
- Travel to customer sites, primarily within a two-hour radius of Pittsburgh
- Prior experience with air compressors or industrial machinery maintenance preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
