This Commercial HVAC Service Dispatcher / Coordinator role is ideal for a process-driven professional who thrives on coordination, systems, and execution—playing a critical role in keeping technicians, service calls, and documentation running smoothly in a fast-paced service environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Dispatcher / Coordinator position include:
- Coordinating service jobs from dispatch through completion using service management software
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians while monitoring job progress and updates
- Communicating ETAs, status updates, and completion confirmations to clients
- Managing work orders, quotes, parts ordering, permits, and documentation
- Auditing dashboards and tracking systems to identify and resolve gaps
- Following up on delayed or incomplete jobs to ensure proper closeout
- Managing multiple service requests simultaneously with strong organization
- Working independently with minimal oversight in a structured, process-driven role
Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
