Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Lead Technician (TDLR Licensed) position include:
- Active TDLR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ACR) License in Texas (Class A or B)
- Perform HVAC service and maintenance on residential systems (light commercial included)
- Serve as the company’s official TDLR HVAC license holder for service and maintenance work
- Provide technical guidance and assist in establishing HVAC standards and processes
- Play a key role in hiring and mentoring future HVAC technicians
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion planning and strategic growth
- Ensure compliance with Texas TDLR regulations and uphold safety and industry best practices
- Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer-facing skills
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
