Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Lead Installer position include:
- 5+ years of experience installing commercial HVAC systems (25+ tons) and residential systems including mini-splits
- EPA Universal Certification (or equivalent) required; VA or NC licensing as applicable
- Lead installation of HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and mini-splits
- Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and layouts for accurate installations
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Supervise, train, and mentor installation team members on job sites
- Inspect and test systems to confirm proper operation and performance
- Maintain clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening
Salary: $100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
