Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installation Technician position include:
- 1–2 years of HVAC experience or equivalent education/trade school training (entry-level/apprentice candidates encouraged to apply!)
- Assist with installing new HVAC systems and retrofits in commercial facilities such as Planet Fitness and other similar clients
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and tools required; EPA certification preferred but not required
- Support setup of equipment, run refrigerant lines, install ductwork and wiring, and follow all safety protocols
- Flexible schedule; typical work hours range from 6 AM to 2 PM or 8AM – 2PM, occasional weekend or night shifts possible
- Must be available for on-call; overtime may be available with prior approval (paid time and a half)
- Strong communication and customer service skills; must represent the company professionally on-site
- Willingness to travel locally within Milwaukee and surrounding areas; occasional out-of-area travel possible in the future
Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
