Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in the glazing industry, preferably several as a Project Manager
- Background in curtain wall, storefront, or commercial glazing systems
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience managing multiple projects ranging from $250K to $750K, with some up to $12 million
- Oversee submittals, shop drawings, material procurement, tracking, pricing, change orders, and billing
- Manage from 1 to 28 jobs depending on capability; work approximately 50/50 office and site
- Local travel as needed with mileage reimbursement
- Comfortable working an 8am–5pm schedule with occasional overtime if needed
Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
