Step into a leadership role with a growing and energetic commercial general contractor! We are seeking a Field Superintendent in Lake Mary, FL (projects throughout the Orlando area) to lead commercial interior renovations and tenant improvement buildouts. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of recent commercial construction experience; oversee tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects from start to finish
- Proven experience with office buildouts, office parks, and commercial renovation projects; manage jobs valued at $100K+
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ensure field execution aligns with plans and specifications
- Field Superintendent: manage daily on-site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
- Senior Project Manager: oversee multiple projects, budgeting, estimating, client communication, and overall project performance
- Experience coordinating trades and maintaining project timelines; resolve field issues and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work full-time on-site (no remote work); travel to job sites throughout the Orlando area
- Strong leadership and communication skills; contribute to a growing team environment with advancement potential
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
