Qualifications and responsibilities for this Executive Leadership position include:
- Experience in executive leadership roles at mid- to large-sized companies within the commercial electrical contracting industry
- Strong background in business development, operations, and financial oversight
- Proven ability to lead teams – specifically overseeing 5–6 foremen and acting as a project manager/liaison
- Ability to professionalize and scale business operations to the next level
- Strong personality with leadership presence and decision-making skills
- Experience using Bluebeam for bidding and estimating
- Master Electrical License is a strong plus
- Hybrid work flexibility with an expectation to be present and engaged on-site regularly
Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including profit sharing, medical/dental/vision stipend, a 401(k) plan starting in July, and uncapped PTO.
