We’re seeking a COO – Electrical to drive operational excellence, scale the business, and mentor a strong team of foremen and field professionals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this COO – Electrical position include:
- Proven executive-level leadership experience in a mid- to large-sized commercial electrical contractor
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills to help professionalize and scale the business
- Business development background with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive execution
- Ability to lead and liaise with a team of 5–6 foremen, acting as both project manager and operational liaison
- Experience managing commercial electrical projects; data center and mission-critical project experience is a strong plus
- Master Electrical License is a plus but not required
- Must be proficient in Bluebeam, particularly for bidding and estimating
- Strong personality and leadership presence with the ability to build culture and accountability
Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
