Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred or ability to obtain in applicable states
- Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams (structural, MEP, architectural) within a modular construction environment
- Oversee shop drawings, ensure code compliance (IBC, IRC), and approve modular fabrication details
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure production-aligned engineering
- Lead initiatives in continuous improvement, automation, and integration of BIM and digital twin technologies
- Maintain engineering documentation and coordinate with third-party inspectors and AHJs
- Support field crews with stamped drawings and resolve technical challenges during installation
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
