Located in Browns Summit, NC (outside Greensboro), we are in search of an Engineering Manager to guide our engineering department through a transitional period with strong leadership and creative vision. This role offers a perfect blend of management and design, ideal for those with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering. Our company, boasting over 100 years of excellence, is a premier name in the woodcutting machinery space, now with the robust financial backing of a larger parent organization.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Engineering Manager Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
- Proficient in 3D CAD design software, including Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.
- Create technical strategies and budget proposals
- Manage and support the engineering team while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Relocation provided on a case by case basis
