Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Design Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; PE preferred
- 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience across building systems
- Design and oversee electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems including calculations, layouts, and equipment selection
- Prepare scopes of work, system analyses, reports, and construction budgets
- Lead and coordinate documentation and team efforts throughout project life cycle
- Interface with clients and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality standards and timely project delivery
- Maintain strong code knowledge and oversee multiple concurrent projects
Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
