Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Controls Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical Technology; Associate’s degree with relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum of 5 years in controls engineering with strong PLC, HMI, Robot, and electrical controls experience
- Design and debug machine control systems including PLC, HMI, vision systems, and motion control
- Create and review electrical hardware drawings and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
- Extensive hands-on integration and commissioning of automated equipment at customer sites, up to 50% travel (including international)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels, including customers and overseas colleagues
- Stay current with the latest technologies and help establish new standards for controls systems
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
