Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations position include:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven success managing daily production, machine utilization, and workforce performance
- Lead supervisors, build accountability, and maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing work environment
- Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and guide operational decisions
- Develop a maintenance forecast and machine utilization strategy to reduce downtime
- Implement daily huddles and KPI visibility to drive performance
- Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to stabilize workforce
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
