Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Construction position include:
- 10–15 years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a director or leadership role
- Strong background in managing construction teams, overseeing multiple projects, and developing internal systems
- Experience with commercial and franchise projects; industrial experience a plus
- Proficiency with project management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or JobTread
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Comfortable with 20–30% travel to job sites and occasional industry events
- Leadership over 5+ Project Managers, providing oversight and guidance
- Ability to align team performance with business growth goals and client expectations
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Profit-sharing potential available.
