Description
Take the lead as a Senior Construction Operations Leader in Neenah, Wisconsin with a fast-growing commercial construction firm! This is a high-impact role for an experienced construction professional who will oversee project execution, support and manage Project Managers, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. With a strong pipeline of commercial and franchise projects, this role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position with meaningful influence and long-term growth potential.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Operations role include:
- 10–15 years of commercial construction experience, with proven leadership responsibility
- Experience overseeing field operations, schedules, job performance, and construction execution
- Strong background supporting and managing multiple Project Managers and jobsite teams
- Experience with commercial construction; franchise project experience preferred
- Industrial exposure is a plus
- Ability to review schedules, enforce standards, resolve field issues, and ensure quality control
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or JobTread
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Approximately 20–30% travel to job sites as needed (primarily regional)
- Oversight of approximately 5 Project Managers, providing leadership, structure, and accountability
- Reports directly to executive leadership and plays a key role in operational execution and growth
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Profit-sharing potential available.
