Qualifications and responsibilities for this Cook Room Manager position include:
- 4+ years of manufacturing operations experience in Pharmaceuticals/Food Production or related field, preferably in a cGMP environment
- 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Batching experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of FDA, Dept. of Agriculture, and third-party audit regulations
- Oversee operations across two shifts, supervising 8 employees, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while driving high performance and productivity
- Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Lead investigations, manage compliance, and continuously improve production processes
Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
