Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead month-end closings, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Provide in-depth analysis of margins, profitability, and operational performance
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
- Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and executive leadership on strategy and financial insights
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
