This Reconstruction Supervisor (Future Project Manager) role in Richmond, Virginia offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience while learning estimating and project management under experienced leadership. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Supervisor position include:
- Support project managers while overseeing 5–10 active reconstruction or remodeling projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and field crews to ensure work stays on schedule and on budget
- Assist with estimating and project planning while developing skills for a future Project Manager role
- Order and track materials, equipment, and job site needs
- Conduct site visits and inspections across multiple projects to maintain quality standards
- Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow
- Utilize general construction knowledge from commercial or residential projects
- Maintain strong organization and leadership while managing multiple job sites simultaneously
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
