We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent / Project Manager in North Ogden, UT for a fast-growing real estate investment and development company that functions as both owner and general contractor. This unique vertically integrated model—backed by a private equity fund—means you’ll feel more like a project owner than just a number in the system. With a 30+ year track record and a tight-knit team of 30 employees, this firm offers a hands-on leadership role in multifamily developments valued between $50M and $75M, all while working locally—no out-of-state travel required.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent / Project Manager position include:
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction projects, or equivalent education
- Oversee on-site activity including subcontractors, trades, safety, and quality control for multifamily projects
- Build and manage weekly schedules, prepare daily reports, conduct subcontractor meetings, and track project timelines and costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance, manage RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and coordinate occupancy certifications
- Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, work orders, and contract documents
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Collaborate with stakeholders including architects, clients, and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience may substitute
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
