Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Representative position include:
- 3-5+ years of construction sales experience with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Ability to interpret blueprints and estimate bids from architectural plans
- Existing relationships with ownership groups and property management firms strongly preferred
- Proven success in outbound sales, with 80-90% of leads generated through personal outreach
- Conduct local site visits and in-person meetings to build rapport and close deals
- Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships with property managers and general contractors
- Collaborate with internal teams for accurate pricing and seamless project handoff
- Stay up-to-date on new property acquisitions and CAPEX opportunities in the market
Salary: On target earnings between $140,000 - $150,000 in your first year– this includes a base salary + commission, commensurate with experience.
