Bring your construction quality expertise to the Dayton, Ohio area and help deliver government-focused projects with real impact from day one. In this Construction Quality Manager opportunity, you’ll oversee and implement project-specific quality plans, procedures, and inspection programs while partnering closely with the field team and clients.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Quality Manager position include:
- Construction quality management experience, including quality plans, inspections, nonconformance tracking, and government construction standards
- CQC System Manager experience on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and/or NAVFAC projects is preferred
- RMS 3.0 experience required, along with strong general computer skills
- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection programs, and nonconformance tracking
- Understand government construction methods and standards across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify conflicts and quality risks
- Conduct site inspections, develop punch lists, complete pre-functional checks, and verify materials comply with approved technical specifications before arriving onsite
- Identify nonconforming work, stop it immediately, manage a rework log through resolution, and collaborate with the Site Safety and Health Officer to align quality requirements with safety standards
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
