Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial, government, and healthcare construction projects, ideally in the $5M–$10M range
- Strong understanding of billing processes, RFQs, RFIs, and healthcare-related compliance and communication procedures
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from ground-up construction to retrofits and demolitions across NYC and Long Island
- Coordinate and lead field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Projects and PlanSwift; familiarity with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus
- Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with local/state/federal guidelines, and manage client/stakeholder communications
- Comfortable working in a small company environment (5–10 employees) with high expectations and a strong culture fit focus
- Ability to split time between office (80%) in Syosset, NY and job sites (20%) throughout the Tri-State area
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including PTO ranging from 5 to 10 days depending on tenure. Please note, health insurance and 401K are not offered.
