We are seeking a Construction Project Manager (Electrical/Low Voltage Systems) to manage electrical and low-voltage scopes for a high-profile industrial project in Cape Canaveral, FL. This opportunity places you at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with major players in aerospace and advanced manufacturing, all while being backed by a company with seven decades of global expertise in specialty industrial construction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager (Electrical/Low Voltage Systems) position include:
- 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years managing electrical or industrial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of electrical/low-voltage systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and communications.
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to installation, testing, and closeout.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and system vendors.
- Utilize software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.
- Manage budgets, change orders, and provide consistent reporting to clients and leadership.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
