We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our agile and energetic team. With four multi-million-dollar projects set to launch—including homes ranging from $10M to $22M—this is your chance to play a key role in some of the most elite residential builds in the Valley. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Coordinator position include:
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, preferably in Paradise Valley or surrounding high-end markets
- Coordinate all phases of custom home construction, from pre-con through closeout, ensuring seamless execution
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects
- Oversee and maintain project documentation and reporting; ensure timely updates and on-site coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills required to collaborate with internal and field teams
- Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Buildertrend is a strong plus
- Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of high-value, detail-oriented projects
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office, with regular site visits to nearby projects in Paradise Valley
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
