This Construction Operations Manager opportunity blends hands-on field leadership with strategic office planning, supported by a strong, accountable culture and a team focused on exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience required; 1-2+ years in an operational or leadership role preferred
- Insurance restoration and reconstruction experience strongly preferred
- Strong Xactimate estimating and project management background required, including reviewing and approving large reconstruction estimates
- Proven ability to oversee reconstruction operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and workflow management
- Experience managing budgeting, estimating, subcontractors, and daily production meetings
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5-7 employees
- Business development, process improvement, and P&L responsibility experience
- Strong communication, accountability, and strategic planning skills
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year plus performance bonus.
